As the Clinical Nurse Manager at Golden Lodge Assisted Living & Memory Care, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health care needs of all residents are met. You will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality resident care. In collaboration with the Director of Wellness, you will manage care delivery, conduct resident assessments, maintain accurate medical records, and develop individualized care plans. This position includes supervising and training staff, coordinating care with physicians and external providers, and ensuring compliance with all state assisted living regulations. The role requires schedule flexibility, confidentiality, emergency responsiveness, and oversight of infection control protocols, as well as active involvement in policy development and survey readiness.
Schedule: This is a full-time position, with occasional on-call requirements.
What you will need:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Colorado (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field (required).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with residents, families, staff, and external healthcare providers.
