As a Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP) at Golden Lodge Assisted Living & Memory Care, you will manage medications according to physician orders, ensure accurate documentation and collaborate with the Supervising Manager on medication orders and issue resolution. In this role, you are also responsible for following up with physicians and pharmacies to confirm medication accuracy. Adherence to CDPHE regulations is required, along with counting narcotics with another QMAP and signing them out after administration. QMAPs will also assist with caregiving duties during their shift as needed.
Schedule varies: This role has full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available. Daytime, evening, and overnight shifts are all available.
What you will need:
- An active QMAP certification in the state of Colorado (required).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
